This is an all-inclusive wedding planning + design service. This service encompasses everything that is needed relating to the planning, design & coordination of your wedding. We focus on four things: planning, event design, coordination, and execution. Your event has our undivided attention and there is no limit to the amount of time we spend working on your behalf.

III. FULL SERVICE PLANNING

Planning

We seamlessly guide you from the beginning of the planning process until the final guest exits your wedding. By genuinely getting to know you and your expectations, we expertly assist you throughout the whole experience and meticulously bring every detail together for you.

  • Planning: Budgeting, venues, logistics and vendors, all of the groundwork is done for you so that you can make informed selections, based on our expertise. 
     

  • Consult and collaborate with Client to discuss wedding style

  • Unlimited access to team members of Alexis Victoria Events for questions

  • Development and prioritization of wedding budget

  • Review proposals and terms of all  contracts from vendors and venue

  • Ordering and proofing Save the Date Cards and Invitations

  • Wedding favor suggestions and ordering

  • Attend essential meetings including, but not limited to: venue meetings, tastings, floral

  • Offer recommendations for all vendors Photographers, Videographers, DJs, Bands, Stationers, Bakery, Hair and Make-up Artists, Tuxedos, and whomever else it takes to make your vision come to life.

  • Event design: Inspired by you, led by us, the total vision of your wedding is guided by our creative direction—from your decided color palettes to the perfect décor pieces to the very important guest experience.

  • Establish color combinations, theme and design concepts

  • Full décor recommendations including, but not limited to: chairs, dance floor, full floor coverage, florals, draping, Linens, Lighting, Dance Floor, Lounge Furniture, Draping, Specialized China, Glassware, Flatware, Trees, Props, etc.

  • Schedule and attend meetings with Florists and attend any follow up meetings on clients behalf

Execution

Coordination: For a flawless execution of your wedding day we create a wedding itinerary to follow; we work with your vendors to achieve a seamless plan, ensuring your rehearsal and wedding days are flawlessly executed, allowing you and your family to be undistractedly present and enjoy the best day of your life.

 

Implementation:

  • Full guest experience: answer calls, texts, emails from guest that have questions

  • Produce a minute-by-minute timeline of the wedding day and ensure we stay on schedule

  • Communicate venue’s policies and procedures for unloading, set up and tear down

  • Organize ceremony rehearsal with bridal party and family day before the wedding

  • Direct ushers with seating and program distribution

  • Assist with set up of small ticket items such as table numbers, menu’s, wedding favors.

  • Work with band musicians/DJ to establish timing for grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and last dance

  • Prepare and handle final payments and gratuities to vendors

  • Keep all events on time and communicate any on the fly adjustments as needed
