Client Communication:

• Unlimited contact during the 2-month period.

• Create a timeline for wedding party

• Create an analysis of wedding and possible suggestions to create a seamless environment 

• Review all the vendor contracts signed and executed by Client—this includes venue BEO.

 

Vendor Communication:

• Create timeline for all vendors that includes set up, end time, and breakdown times.

• Confirm the orders client put in is correct in color, quantities, etc.  

• Send out wedding game plan to all vendors that includes: venue policies and procedures; directions for loading and unloading; design plan; timeline approvals; rental item confirmations;

• Musical orchestration: confirm all songs and timing with the DJ, live bands, and/or musicians; coordinate the sound check pre-event

• Communicate and manage banquet staff regarding set ups and compliance of floor plans

 

Day of Implementation:

• Organize ceremony rehearsal with bridal party and family day before the wedding

• Direct ushers with seating and program distribution

• Assist with set up of small ticket items such as table numbers, menu’s, wedding favors.

• Work with band musicians/DJ to establish timing for grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and last dance

• Prepare and handle final payments and gratuities to vendors

• Keep all events on time and communicate any on the fly adjustments as needed
